Bella Montessori works as a team with parents, children and teachers, each having responsibilities, which contribute directly to the success of the school. As part of the Bella Montessori community, we ask you; the parents stay active in the school and your child’s education through observation, conferencing, and volunteering. In addition, we encourage you to study the Montessori philosophy and bring Montessori into the home.
Bella Montessori strives to create a strong community between students, staff and parents. We can achieve this by each member taking responsibility. Our responsibility is to assist each child in reaching his/her potential by valuing and recognizing each child is unique and learns in different ways and at their own pace. We create multi-age classrooms that provide an exciting, challenging, joyful and spiritual experience. Older students may become mentors and role models while younger students joyfully aspire and grow confident about the challenges ahead. Students will develop order, coordination, concentration and independence.

The Enrollment Process:
Families interested in enrolling at Bella Montessori may schedule a tour by calling the school office 480-993-3393. Tours are conducted Monday – Wednesday throughout the year with the exception of our first two weeks of school.
Immediately following the tour an interview is scheduled with the director. We encourage both parents to attend. Interviews are usually 15 minutes and provide a discussion time for questions/expectations of both family and school. At that point, an observation in the classroom will be scheduled on another date for parents only. After the observation, the teacher will meet with the parent(s) for further questions of both family and school.
A child is considered enrolled only when the completed registration forms and required documents are filled out and signed “in-house” and the school has received the non-refundable registration fee. Depending on the age of the child, the program being applied for, and the time of year the registration is submitted, some additional steps may be required.
The school considers the enrollment of a student to be an indication of the family’s willingness to embrace the Montessori philosophy and methodology.
Arizona Tuition Connection offers the opportunity of tax credit scholarships to Kindergarten students attending Bella Montessori. There are no deadlines to apply by. They offer funding programs for families of all income levels.
